Oat, Date and Cranberry Cookies – A Healthy After School Treat

Date Oat and Cranberry Cookies

With these little beauties you will feel no guilt in indulging!  Packed full of all things good, these cookies contain a minute 50g butter and 50g sugar.  These cookies really are amazing and a really great, healthier option for after school snacks for the kiddies!

Oat, Date and Cranberry Cookies

  • 50g Butter (softened)Oat Date and Cranberry Cookie Ingredients
  • 50g Raw Sugar
  • 1Tbsp Honey
  • 50g Wholemeal Flour
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 80g Oats
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 100g Dates (chopped)
  • 50g Dried Cranberries
  • Preheat oven to 180C (375F)
  • Combine all ingredientsOat Date and Cranberry Cookie Mix
  • Drop mixture onto trayUnbaked Oat Date and Cranberry Cookies
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden
  • Allow to stand on try for 1-2 minutesDate Oat and Cranberry Cookies Cooling
  • Transfer cookies to wire rack to coolDate Oat and Cranberry Cookies
